The hotel had a nice design and friendly staff, making for an enjoyable visit. However, constant billing issues left a sour taste, especially with unexpected charges. The pool area was a highlight for the family, and the location near the stadiums was perfect for our trip.

we had a great time at loews! martin in valet was super friendly and went above and beyond, bringing us towels and ice without us even asking. the room we had was a premium 2 queens, and while it was basic, the beds were really comfortable. the location is perfect, just a quick trip away from the rangers stadium. we also enjoyed the fitness center with its awesome equipment.

The outdoor lounge area offered a great vibe for hanging out. The only hiccup was the Wi-Fi being spotty, but it didn’t dampen my stay at all. 😊

I loved my stay at Loews! The location is perfect for catching a game at Globe Life Field, just a short walk away. The Deluxe 2 Queens room was spacious and comfortable, making it a cozy spot to relax. The staff truly stood out, especially Martin in valet who went above and beyond by bringing towels and ice before I even asked. The pool area was fantastic and added a lot of fun to our trip. The fitness center had excellent equipment, which I appreciated during my stay. On the downside, the air conditioning struggled a bit to keep the room cool enough, which was a minor inconvenience. Also, I noticed some noise from the nearby Texas Live that could be distracting at times. I hope they address the cooling issue soon, but overall, I’m definitely looking forward to returning again.

Family vacation worth it

The outdoor area was lively, with great music and fun vibes at all times. Housekeeping? They were like ninjas, kept my room spotless every day, I hardly noticed them around.

i've stayed in a few hotels in arlington, but this one definitely exceeded my expectations. the pool area was fantastic, and the locations to the stadiums was super convenient for all the evening activities. the staff was incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The pizza at Cut n Bourbon was a gourmet delight, and the carrot cake? Pure magic! Plus, the location can't be beat, just a hop from all the action. The staff was super helpful and friendly too!

On the flip side, the noise from Texas Live was a total buzzkill, and I was surprised by some hidden fees upon checkout. Still, I can't deny those culinary finds made it pop!

Great Atmosphere and Exceptional Service

Our family enjoyed a fantastic 2-night stay. The highlight was watching a game by the pool, complemented by a vibrant atmosphere. We were particularly impressed with the staff, especially Wayne, who went above and beyond to assist during a minor health scare. A truly memorable experience!
